When will Zpace launch?
We are preparing the first public release for iOS and Android in 2026. Sign up to hello@zpace.us to be notified at launch.
How will payments be handled?
At launch, all payments will run through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Zpace will never store your card details. Planned methods include cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How will businesses be verified?
Every seller will complete identity verification before they can receive payouts. Verification will use Stripe Connect's KYC flow, which meets international compliance standards.
What are the fees?
At launch, Zpace will charge businesses 5% + $0.30 USD per successful transaction. Customers pay nothing to use the app beyond the price of what they purchase. Stripe processing fees apply separately.
How do refunds and cancellations work?
Refund and cancellation terms are set by each business and shown before purchase. If a dispute arises, our support team can mediate, and buyers can always open a chargeback with their card issuer.
In which countries does Zpace operate?
Zpace is registered in the United States and is rolling out progressively starting with Latin America. Contact us if you are interested in onboarding as a business in a specific region.
